The Colorado Garden & Home Show returns to the Colorado Convention Center from February 14–22, 2026, bringing together more than 500 home improvement and landscaping vendors under one roof. If you're planning a remodel, upgrading your yard, or just looking for inspiration, this annual Denver event is one of the best places to start.

We make a point of attending every year.  I do some networking and learning about new materials, and my wife likes to look at ideas for new house projects. Around this time last year, I wrote about attending the Garden and Home Show, and I’d like to encourage you to attend this year, especially if you’re thinking of house and yard projects.

Colorado Garden and Home Show Location and Parking

Since the Colorado Garden and Home Show is located at the Convention Center, you can park in the Convention Center lot, or you can park at the Broncos’ Stadium and take a bus. The bus drops you in front of the doors to the Convention Center. They don’t usually charge but will accept cash tips.

With 500+ vendors, their specialties range from HVAC to painting to outdoor spaces. One benefit to visiting vendors is that many are running show specials, which could save you money. We’ve taken advantage of show specials when we replaced our windows. A local window company gave us a good price to replace all our windows and patio door. We also found an HVAC company at the Colorado Garden and Home Show to replace our aging furnace. In fact, I’ve ended up doing a lot of work with them since then.

What Vendors Will Be at the Home Show?

For example, Bellwether Windows, Siding, & Doors is offering 10% off windows, siding, and door plus 18-month zero-interest financing. I’m not recommending them, per se, just letting you know what types of deals are at the Home Show.

A new exhibitor this year is Back Yard Banger, a setup to enhance your grilling experience. With a built-in sink, fridge, power outlets, and an umbrella stand, it's the perfect companion for your outdoor setup. I know I’ll be checking it out.

If you’ve been thinking about a new deck, the Home Show will help you figure out design and materials. The industry continues to improve materials for sustainability and weather. You could add a new hot tub to your deck, as hot tub vendors will be there demonstrating the latest advancements in relaxation and therapy.

Trending Home Upgrades

Portable generators and EV Chargers have grown in popularity. Why? Living in a neighborhood with power lines means there’s a good chance of losing power in a windstorm or a snowstorm. A portable generator will keep your much-needed devices powered up regardless of what’s happening outside. And, as more people purchase electric vehicles, EV Chargers are also a necessity. Mr. Electric, for example, will exhibit and specifically advertise portable generators and EV Chargers. You could talk to them to see what their options are.

Permanent roofline lighting is trending, and there will be several lighting companies that specialize in adding exterior lighting to your home. You might be able to save some money on your outdoor lighting needs.

Free Seminars, Garden Exhibits, and Other Vendors

In addition to the bigger companies, smaller businesses also have booths, usually selling dips, purses and wallets, plants, etc. Insurance agents, water delivery companies, and artists also have booths. It’s worthwhile to stop and check out their offerings.

There are also 40 free seminars you can attend, from wildlife rehab to creating a native plant garden to solar energy. You can find the schedule at: SCHEDULE.

Gardens will be set up throughout the venue, including Colorado State University Extension, where you can talk to gardeners about some of the struggles you might have in your garden, like soil struggles, pests, weeds, and what really grows well in Colorado.

Court Builders of the Rockies will have a full indoor pickleball court so visitors can try the game for themselves. You will have to sign a waiver before trying it out.

Ticket Prices and What to Know Before You Go

Plan to spend 3-4 hours, and know there is a lot of walking, so wear comfortable walking shoes. Also, bring water. There are drinking fountains around the venue, but you’ll want to have your own bottle. Food is a bit pricey and limited to pizza, burgers, and salads, but you can pack your own snacks and lunch if you want to. If you have dietary issues, you’ll definitely want to bring your own food.

There is a donation-based coat check next to the ticket windows, and your donations will go to a good cause: animals.

Is the Colorado Garden and Home Show Worth It?

The Colorado Garden and Home Show is a worthwhile and enjoyable event for the entire family, especially if you’re thinking about remodeling your home or improving your yard. Many companies are running “show specials,” which can save you money on necessary home improvements, like heating and air conditioning, windows, roofs, and house painting. Get your tickets, gather your family, and I hope to see you there.
