When I decided to open Lindworks LLC after working for years in commercial construction, I wanted to distinguish myself from other handymen/contractors available. It became clear to me that I needed to have a series of core values that I constantly adhered to: honesty, integrity, hard work, sincerity, trustworthiness, and good rapport with my clients.
I was raised with the value of hard work; both of my parents believed in and practiced this value. From my first job bagging groceries, I gave my full effort and attention to each job, and I continue to work hard on behalf of each of my clients. It's who I am.
Honesty and integrity are two of my other values. I believe in being open and honest with each of my clients. To do this, I try to make my estimates as accurate as possible, and I communicate with my clients when the estimate pricing changes and before I continue with the work.
I sincerely want to help all my clients by providing quality work at affordable prices. Yes, I need to make a living, but I also believe that my clients deserve someone who loves his job, is trustworthy, and has a friendly and outgoing personality.
Forming long-term relationships with my clients is one of the best parts of my job. Sure, I love creating new spaces that make people happy and repairing what needs fixing, but my clients are integral to my success. Your referral is my greatest compliment.
